To set up a Broadcast Channel, head over to your Direct Message inbox in the Instagram app and tap the icon to compose a new message. Here, you will see an option to create a broadcast channel. These channels can either be set for followers or paid subscribers and can either be displayed for promotional activities or concealed. Note that hiding the channel doesn’t make it private.
